控製要求

首(shou)先(xian),可(ke)逆(ni)壓(ya)機(ji)的(de)兩(liang)邊(bian)都(dou)有(you)卷(juan)軸(zhou),一(yi)邊(bian)為(wei)收(shou)卷(juan),另(ling)一(yi)邊(bian)為(wei)放(fang)卷(juan),當(dang)壓(ya)製(zhi)方(fang)向(xiang)改(gai)變(bian)時(shi),調(tiao)換(huan)收(shou)放(fang)卷(juan),收(shou)卷(juan)改(gai)成(cheng)放(fang)卷(juan),放(fang)卷(juan)改(gai)成(cheng)收(shou)卷(juan),因(yin)收(shou)放(fang)卷(juan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)卷(juan)徑(jing)會(hui)發(fa)生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),所(suo)以(yi)收(shou)放(fang)卷(juan)一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)用(yong)力(li)矩(ju)控(kong)製(zhi)方(fang)式(shi)。其(qi)次(ci),根(gen)據(ju)壓(ya)製(zhi)要(yao)求(qiu),為(wei)了(le)使(shi)壓(ya)製(zhi)後(hou)的(de)鋼(gang)板(ban)保(bao)持(chi)平(ping)直(zhi),收(shou)放(fang)卷(juan)都(dou)需(xu)要(yao)保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)張(zhang)力(li),使(shi)鋼(gang)板(ban)在(zai)進(jin)出(chu)紮(zha)輥(gun)時(shi)都(dou)保(bao)持(chi)平(ping)直(zhi)。一(yi)般(ban)根(gen)據(ju)實(shi)際(ji)的(de)張(zhang)力(li)大(da)小(xiao),需(xu)要(yao)實(shi)時(shi)調(tiao)整(zheng)張(zhang)力(li),使(shi)鋼(gang)板(ban)既(ji)保(bao)持(chi)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)張(zhang)力(li),又(you)不(bu)致(zhi)被(bei)拉(la)斷(duan)。第(di)三(san),為(wei)了(le)調(tiao)整(zheng)鋼(gang)板(ban)的(de)厚(hou)度(du),在(zai)開(kai)始(shi)階(jie)段(duan),係(xi)統(tong)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)速(su)度(du)經(jing)常(chang)會(hui)很(hen)慢(man),但(dan)這(zhe)時(shi)候(hou)壓(ya)製(zhi)力(li)不(bu)會(hui)因(yin)為(wei)速(su)度(du)慢(man)而(er)減(jian)少(shao),反(fan)而(er)會(hui)因(yin)為(wei)速(su)度(du)慢(man)而(er)增(zeng)加(jia)靜(jing)態(tai)摩(mo)擦(ca)力(li),所(suo)以(yi),低(di)速(su)時(shi)候(hou)所(suo)需(xu)要(yao)的(de)力(li)矩(ju)會(hui)比(bi)高(gao)速(su)時(shi)更(geng)大(da)。這(zhe)給(gei)傳(chuan)動(dong)和(he)控(kong)製(zhi)提(ti)出(chu)了(le)很(hen)高(gao)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)傳(chuan)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)的(de)低(di)速(su)力(li)矩(ju)要(yao)足(zu)夠(gou)大(da),保(bao)證(zheng)低(di)速(su)時(shi)運(yun)行(xing)的(de)平(ping)穩(wen),張(zhang)力(li)的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)。當(dang)然(ran),控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)還(hai)應(ying)有(you)鋼(gang)板(ban)厚(hou)度(du)測(ce)量(liang)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)以(yi)及(ji)調(tiao)整(zheng)厚(hou)度(du)係(xi)統(tong),直(zhi)觀(guan)的(de)顯(xian)示(shi)並(bing)能(neng)方(fang)便(bian)地(di)調(tiao)整(zheng)進(jin)出(chu)壓(ya)輥(gun)的(de)鋼(gang)板(ban)厚(hou)度(du)。



控製係統介紹

該係統主紮機配備了G11- 315KW的變頻器,工作於無PG矢量控製方式。該主機的速度決定了整個係統的工作速度,調速方式采用電位器調速,控製指令由PLC控製。收放卷采用了G11- 93KW變頻器,加PG卡與編碼器,采用有PG矢量控製,工作於力矩控製方式,力矩大小由人工根據實際需要調整。收放卷的控製用PLC的輸出端控製。
